COVID-19 Plan and Policies

• Masks or face coverings are to be worn by instructors and by clients in all public areas of the studio (ie. waiting area, bathroom). Once on your mat or piece of equipment, you may remove your mask for your session if you're fully vaccinated.

• We are requiring hand washing and/or hand sanitizer use upon arrival at the studio for clients and staff as well as in between clients.

  We are screening clients at the door with IR thermometer readings.

• We have switched our cleaning solution to a hypochlorous acid to clean and sanitize all equipment and props. 

• We are encouraging the opening of windows to help with fresh air exchange but as the colder weather comes in we understand it's not always possible. We have Medify Air air purifiers in each room with a double HEPA13 filter that can filter particles from the air 0.1 microns or larger.

• Clients are allowed to bring/use their own loops/handles for apparatus or use disposable medical adhesive plastic on porous surfaces (ie. fabric loops/handles) that can be thrown away or wiped down easily.

• Limited tactile cues will be used to limit person-to-person/direct contact.

• Cleaning services will be doing a weekly cleaning of the studio and we are cleaning/wiping down commonly touched surfaces.

• If anyone has been around someone who is diagnosed with COVID-19 they will be asked to not book sessions for 2 weeks or have a negative COVID test.

• If anyone feels feverish or ill they will need to be cleared by a physician before returning to in-person instruction.

• If anyone who is unvaccinated has been traveling out-of-state we ask that they self quarantine for 10 days before returning to in-studio instruction.
