General Policies
Classes require a minimum of 2 clients to run. If a class drops too low due to absences the studio manager will reach out to try to move remaining clients to another class. If the class drops too low on a regular basis, M Pilates and Yoga NJ reserves the right to cancel the class and we will work with clients to reschedule.
Clients cannot be booked without active sessions on their account. This includes their regular class(es). If there are no sessions on their account, someone else may get booked in their space until they renew.
Apparatus classes that are leveled or closed are scheduled through the studio manager. Clients will be booked into their regular class(es) each week or as requested through the studio manager.
Any classes marked OPEN or Pop-Up are a mixed level class and clients can book themselves directly into the class using MindBody.
We require 24 hours notice for group apparatus cancellations otherwise the session will be considered a 'late cancel' and the session forfeited.

Clients are to arrive on-time for classes and turn phones to silent.
Clients should be receiving confirmation e-mails for classes they are booked in as well as for when their package is getting low as an automated service through MindBody. If you are not receiving these e-mails, please let us know.

Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expiration dates can only be extended for medical reasons.
Clients will be required to wear socks during classes. Socks with grips are preferred for safety.
The corkboard and chalkboard in the lobby will be updated monthly with pop-up class schedule, events, and news.
There is a weekly e-mail list of class openings for clients with unpredictable work schedule, lack of child-care, etc… as a way to help them get into classes at times that they are available. If you would like to be added to this weekly e-mail, please contact our studio manager at info@mpilatesandyoganj.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pilates and Yoga group classes and Private/Duet sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hrs. notice. A late cancellation results in forfeiting the class.
Please note: Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and expiration dates can only be extended for medical reasons. Prices are subject to change.
